Samuel Wheeler is a London-based photographer primarily working in street photography. His practice focuses on quiet, unnoticed moments, shaping candid images that have a likeness to memories. Through deliberate obscurity and atmosphere, his work leaves room for the viewer to complete the picture—grounded in reality, yet carrying a subtle sense of humour and a touch of the surreal.

Working predominantly with natural and available light, Sam gravitates towards abstract forms and scenes that invite a second look.

Coming from a background in music production, photography started as another interest in 2013. Alongside his personal work and publishing projects, he accepts selected commissions and has worked across the arts, events, exhibitions, and advertising production sectors.
